is a famous local food with a long history, dating back to the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty. The Longju Pork Ball is a mixture of smashed lean pork, ginger, shallot. Sesame oil and albumen are also used to add to its flavor. The Pork Balls are indeed delicious!
