It is a traditional snack in Linqing County. Jimei Pickles Garden was built in the 57th year in Qianlong Era of the Qing Dynasty (1792 AD). It enjoys equal popularity with Liubiju in Beijing , Huaimao in Baoding and Yutang in Jining, which together called Four Pickles Park in North Yangtze River area. The traditional products of Jimei Pickles Garden include fermented bean curd for tribute, and sweet pickled cucumber.
