 Luohan Cake is a kind of cake among famous traditional snacks in Gaotang County. It looks like moon cake, but there is no stuffing in it. Since it is made tier upon tier, it is called Pyramid cake literally. Luohan cake is tribute cake in the Qing Dynasty. The features include soft, crisp, distinct layers. It is very fragrant and sweet, oily but not greasy.
