Soft jujube is a traditional famous snack in Liaocheng. Having a history of more than 160 years, it was created by an old artist whose family name is Pan from Zhejiang Province in the Qing Dynasty. The soft jujube has a very particular taste of fragrant, soft and sweet. It sells well all over the county as early as the Qing Dynasty.
