In Ming Dynasty(AD 1368-AD 1644) the local people began do the job of Paper cut which were used for Spring Festival and other festivals Now there are the customs preserved in lots of the counties or countries in Qingdao .the culture of Paper cut represents the local cultural characteristics well.
