In history, the Taoists who lived in temples on the Laoshan Mountain around the centre of Taiqing Temple usually are proficient at China Martial Arts and traditional China music like Ancient Chinese zither. There are three music centers in Heshan, they are Taiqing Temple, Yuzhen Nunnery and Baiyunn Temple.
