Brief Introduction to the City

 Rizhao gains its name for it is located on the east end of Shandong Peninsula and gets the first sunshine at dawn. Rizhao is a modern seaport city and governs Donggang County, Ju County, Wulian County, and also Lanshan District, Rizhao Development Zone, and Shanhaitian Tourist Resort, altogether six counties.The total area is 5,310 square kilometers with a population of 2,760,600. Rizhao has Rizhao and Lanshan two national top-level open harbors, which are both very good in transportation condition.
