It is the main food in the folk in Rizhao City. It uses wheat flour, sweet potato flour, small rice flour, and corn flour as its raw ingredients. Then twist them into thick paste. Heat it and pan it. The pancake is as thin as a piece of paper. It is a little yellow, delicate, sweet, soft, and delicious.
