Opened to the public in 1999, Shanghai Hongqiao Golf Club boasts the 9-hole 33-par golf course and has the only night course in downtown Shanghai. The club is designed by the world’s four famous professional course designers.

The landscape environmental planning of the golf course is undertook by America’s Hawaii Corporation Belt Collens. Decorated by water curtain, stone walls, waterside pavilions, cabins for having a rest, 30,000 trees and bright red skylines on the green golf course, the golf club provides an elegant environment for members, which is a feast for the eyes. 

The designs of the fairways and holes are of ingenuity and originality. Besides double putting green, each hole is equipped with over two service areas, forming a change of kick-off length and angles. Hongqiao Golf Club is also equipped with complete leisure and recreational facilities, including a double-deck driving range, three tennis courts, banquet hall of Las Vegas style, sauna, heated swimming pool and executive suite.
 
The golf club enjoys convenient transport. In the east, it takes about 15 minutes to arrive at Nanjing Road from West Yan’an Road via inner-ring Road. In the west, it takes about 5 minutes to arrive at Hongqiao International Airport via Hongqiao Road. In the south, it takes about 20 minutes to arrive at Pudong via Hongxu Road. In the north, it’s next to Gubei New Area which is the largest comprehensive business district of Shanghai.
