Built in the Ming dynasty (1558), Huilong Pond is the confluence of five rivers. The area around the pond has developed into a park with the pond and Yingqui Hill as the main attractions. The top of the Yinggui Hill guarantees a nice bird-s-eye view of the park dotted with temples, pavilions, bridges.

The opera stage in the park was built in 1888, and removed here in 1976. it is a chinese opera stage with traditional ornaments and delicate sculptures.
