Sha Soup, Shangqiu
Major ingredients are fresh and tender mutton, beef, and shredded chicken, and mix many kinds of seasonings like barley kernel. Cooking method: clean the prepared chicken, beef, and mutton overnight, put them into a special utensil (cover the pot with a cask), cook with slow fire, and thicken the cooked soup the next day morning. It is ready to eat when add sesame oil and pepper, hotbed tuber onion or young garlic bolt flower. There is neither smelling of fish nor mutton with fresh and original flavor.
