Whenever Shanwei people invite guests for dinner, the first dish will always be “Shengdi Water Crab Soup”. According to the Cantonese style of party serving, the first dish is always a soup. A white porcelain basin is filled with blood black soup with several red crab legs on the surface. It looks special and tastes delicious.
