Cui's Imperial Pot Chicken, as its name suggests, is a restaurant which is famous for its chicken pot. It claims its chicken pot as its proprietary product. In this restaurant, the main cooking tool is Chrysanthemum Pot (This is a kind of pot often used in south area of China). And with free-range chicken as main material, natural ingredients (It is said that there are 28 kinds of herbs in this pot) and unique methods of preparation employed in cooking, guests could expose themselves completely to the charm of organic delicacy.
