Manghe Natural Reserve

There are lofty Wangmang peak, rushing springs, flying waterfalls, lovely macaques. Lotus Peak, Water-Screen Cave, Bridge of the Immortals, Jade Pond are scattered in the area. All of these places have been closely connected with some old folktales.

The main scenic spot is MengShan (Dreamy Mountain).Covered by thick forest; it is wrapped in the cloud and mist all year round. If you climb up to the mountaintop, you can see thousands of serried mountains and waving pines and cypress. You can find craggy stones scattering on the steep cliff, birds singing and crystal brooks running in the deep valley. You can also find towering trees and charming flowers. You will be enchanted with the fascinating scenery in the Manghe valley. Manhe natural reserve nurtured rare animals such as the Giant salamander, the Golden eagle, the Leopard, the Cauliflower snake and the Big Black Butterfly other than the Macaque, and the site also contains many rare vegetations including Sandals and Yew etc. The Flora and Fauna not only bring entertainment to the tourists, but also cover the area with a mysterious veil.

The major scenic spots here are Mountain Yan, Huangcheng, Dongfeng Aquatic Park, Mountain Yunmeng and Haihui Temple etc.
