Ruicheng mapian is with a history of more than 300 years and it is mainly produced in Ruicheng which is on the north bank of Yellow River . It is made of sesames, millet, cooked wheat powder, bean oil, citric acid and Guangdong sugar. The slice of Ruicheng mapian is very thin and it is very delicious.
