East Beijing Chestnut

With a history of about 2000 years of growing, East Beijing chestnut is big and sweet. Written documents of West Han Dynasty (206 B.C.-24 A.D) recorded the chestnut and gave evaluations for it. Different dishes can be prepared with chestnut, such as roasted chestnuts, stewed chicken with chestnuts, chestnut soup.
