The dishes in Zhongyan of Qingshen County are delicious and mouthwatering. They are mainly Mingjiang River fish cooked in various ways, such as soy sauce braised, fried in sweet and sour sauce, boiled in sour broth, steamed in white sauce and barbecued in hot sauce. The Whole Sheep Roasted with Fragrant Wood was first presented here. The mutton is crisp outside and tasty and refreshing outside, which is unique-flavored, wide-spread well-know, and called “One Superb of Zhongyan.”
