Yuntai Taoist Temple was built in Song Dynasty, during the rule of emperor Jiading and was rebuilt in Ming and Qing Dynasty. There are lots of Taoism buildings in the temple. When you enter it, you will be surprised at the elegant structure of the architectures. The copper bells, copper ding (kind of ancient cooking vessel), plaques, the imperial sword are all made in Ming Dynasty, Wanli period. In addition, the temple is full of old trees, streams, nice bridges, which give a vivid picture of a traditional Chinese temple.
