This kind of steamed stuffed bun is made in Wowo Store, which has a history of over a hundred years, in Jingzhong Street. Wo in Chinese means the lower place. Because the store is located in a lower place in the street, so people called it Wowo Store. The specialty of this kind of noodles is that it is white and smooth. The skin of the bun is very thin with rich meat inside, a little oily but not greasy. Added some natural flavor and fresh vegetables, it is so delicious and nutritious and suitable for both young and old. Therefore, there is a local saying that if you want to find a beautiful girl you should go to Xishan Guan, but if you want to eat Baozi you should go to Wowo Store.
