Longtan Limestone Cave scenic area is a famous scenic area of provincial level in Sichuan province. The scenic area consists of Longtan Limestone Cave, Longyin Gorge, The Natural Miniature Landscape Garden, the Arboretum, and Longzhou Mountain, which combine to form an enchanting, peculiar and elegant landscape. Longtan Limestone Cave is the most famous cave in Pan-Xi region, where you can enjoy varied cave scenery. The front cave of the Longtan Limestone Cave looks like a crystal palace and the back cave, like a heavenly palace. Inside the cave, there are colorful stalactites and rushing cascades, which offer a rarely seen fascination. The Longyin Gorge remains a primitive ecological environment featuring flowing streams, running cascades, tangled vines, singing birds and blooming flowers. The Natural Miniature Landscape Garden is full of fancy stones and beautiful trees. the Arboretum covers an area of 40 mu, where green cactuses grow against red flowers in spring and golden fruits in summer and autumn. With various shapes and swinging vines they offer appealing scenery. The crown of the Longzhou Mountain is covered with thriving pines and vast grasslands. Looking down here you can have a full view of Huili and Miyi counties. Each fancy stone there represents a story of folk customs and cultures.
