Ziyang City is very competitive in transportation, the best highway in Sichuan Province─Chengyu Expressway ( from Chengdu to Chongqing ) passes through the northern suburb of Ziyang; 321 National Highway (from Guangzhou to Chengdu), 319 National Highway (from Xiamen to Chengdu), 318 National Highway (from Shanghai to Lhasa ) all pass through the city.
