Introduction to the scenic spot:
Yiyuan Old House was established in 1846. Its area is near 10 thousand square meters. Its scale is only next to Banqiao Woods House and Wufeng Woods House. The whole structure is a typical construction in mainland China. Its materials were bought from in Wuyi Shan Fujian Province. The architects and stylists were from mainland China. The architecture is called a classical Chinese architecture masterpiece.

Visiting Yiyuan old house is a good way to get to know about chinese culture and chinese lifestyle. The house was pretty and interesting. However, it was at the time I went there (2008) not convenient to access. I remember walking on the highway for quite a while, I felt really unsafe. So if you want to go there - take a taxi!!
