Stewed Duck With Almonds

Fresh, tender and delicate with bamboo shoots and green Chinese onions as decorations, the meat is tender and delicious and is a delicacy that goes with wine. When cooking it, put some almonds into the pot and stew them with the duck until it is done. Almonds can also be stewed with other materials such as chicken, snake and soft-shelled turtle and so on to make other dishes.

Roasted Chicken Leg
