Tonghua Rice, Tonghua

Tonghua is the hometown of high quality rice. Because Xijiang Rice and Meihe Rice were used to be eaten by the emperors, so it is also called as ‘Tributary Rice ’. For years, the government of Tonghua city has adopted every possible measure to expand the growing area of rice with no pollution, high nutrition and high quality, and improve the output step by step. Currently, the turnout of the rice accounts for over 50 percent in the overall output of the agricultural products.
