There is a legend that the first emperor of the Yuan Dynasty--Qubilei rewarded meritorious ministers and military officers with the milk wine that was filled in a gold bowl in a banquet of imperial court. Herdsmen consider the milk wine as a kind of precious drink since the old times. It is used to serve guests. The Milk Wine has nice and cool flavor suiting person’s taste and gladden the heart and refresh the mind. The alcohol concentration is only between 1.5% and 3%. Don’t destroy spleen and stomach when you drink it. What’s more, it has the function of driveling away the cold, promoting the flow of blood, relieving the tendon, nourishing the kidney, strengthening the stomach,invigorating the spleen, and reinforcing bone.
