Cantaloupe (Golden Phoenix), Turpan

The total growth period of the cantaloupe is 85 days among which 45 days are the growth period of the fruit. The weight of a single melon is about 2.5 to three kilograms and the fruit setting is in good order. The fruit is in the shape of long eggs and is featured with light yellow with red skin, fine, dense and complete texture, attractive appearance, flesh color shallow channels, delicate, soft and crispy fruit flesh and sweetness and fragrance. The refracted sugar percentage in the center reaches as high as 15 % and it has a strong ability to resist diseases and are the top class melons among all the cantaloupes.
