Baiyang Chain Restaurant, owning five branches so far, is a famous chain restaurant in Xinjiang Province. There are many specialties in the restaurant, including "Boiled Meat Eaten by Hands", which was chosen as "The Famous Xinjiang Snack" in 2004, "Mutton Braised in Brown Sauce" and "Mutton-Soup Rice" were also regarded as "The Famous Xinjiang Dishes" in 2003. For years, the restaurant has devoted its great efforts to improve the cooking methods of "Boiled Meat Eaten by Hands" and great success has been made.
