Weifang World Kite Museum is the first and largest kite museum of China with an area of 8,100 square meters, having a typical style of Chinese architecture with the dragon-kite-shaped ridge made of complete composite porcelain, the roof of the Museum covered with peacock blue glazed tiles, looks like a dragon flying in the sky.

The Exhibition hall spreading out 2001 square kilometers, has more than 1,000 fine kites from China and foreign countries, which are beautiful in pattern, elaborate in painting, tasteful in designing, and good in flying. It is also equipped with full and accurate kite samples, pictures, words, paintings and replicas having a high study and appreciation value.

8:00—18:00 (spring and summer); 8:00—17:30 (fall and winter)

How to get there:

Take No. 2, No. 5, No. 16, No. 22, No. 25, No. 30 or No. 36 bus and get off at the station of Bank of China.

Best time for tourists: April.

The World Kite museum, like a glittering pearl of the meeting, is full of flowers in blossom and waving colorful flags, making it the heavens of the crowd and the ocean of happiness.
