The Immortal Hot Pot
The Immortal Hot Pot is similar to the ordinary chaffy dish (hot pot) and here comes the cooking method: two Jin of white vinegar, six Liang of brown sugar, three Liang of Sand Ginger are poured into the title pot and boiled into soup on the charcoal stove and then the three stars of the cattle (the bezoar, the cattle liver and cattle double string), sleeve=fish, the skin of jelly fish and so on are chose as the adding meat materials and the chicken wing or duck wing and the intestines of the pig can also be chosen.
