Wuzhou Paper Wrapped Chicken is produced by soak frying the authentic Sanhuang Chicken that has been cut into pieces and seasoned and wrapped in the heavy gross paper. Wuzhou Paper Wrapped Chicken is said to have a history of 80 years and was first invented by Guanliang, the cook of Huangcui Hotel of the Lawsuit Office of Wuzhou City in the early days of Republic China.
