Qujiangchun Restaurant is a prestigious restaurant with a menu of 600 dishes in the culinary styles of the Qin, Han and Tang Dynasties, as well as the traditional Shaanxi style. Among Tang Dynasty-style cuisine, they have received prizes from the X’ian government for their biandijingzhuangbie(turtle), guangming shrimp, and thick camel hoof soup. other famous dishes include: foreleg of pig, zhuwei, Tongxinshengjiefu, Feinv, and phoenix porridge with abalone Their, pig foreleg of Qin, Han Dynasties, was awarded the "Golden Tripod Prize" by the Ministry of Commerce.

The interior decoration of the restaurant imitates the Chang'an snack markets found during the Tang Dynasty, with Qujiang gardens and court, having the local features and special patterns.
