Feature: CiBa is a traditional food of Xinyang, mainly popular with people in ShangCheng, XinXian, HuangChuan and Guangshan. CiBa could be cooked, or be roasted, be fried. During the period of Spring Festival, it is the best way to greet your friends and relatives with a bowl of well-cooked Ciba with eggs.
