As the most famous Dai style foods city, Damanmo is a Dai village where there are more than one hundred bamboo building restaurants, which provide local specialties, such as Toasted chicken, Coriander Dipped in Nanmi, Fragrant Bamboo Rice, Boiled Bean-starch Jelly and so on.

Damanmo Stockade Village lies in the southeast of Jinghong city, next to Lancang River. It costs you only five Yuan to get there by taxi.Tourists can either reach there by bus or by other means of transportation. In this stockade village, one can have a taste of original Dai style food. It is widely popular among tourists.
