Yangwu Sausage, Yancheng

It is a famous traditional food in Dongtai of Yancheng City. It has a history of more than one hundred years. According to the legend, there was a skillful chef, who was the fifth child of a Yang family, specialized in smoked meat products in the city of Dongcheng. Especially sausages were very famous and called “Yangwu Sausage”. It is featured by gorgeous colors and delicious taste. It has been included into “China Famous Food Guide”.
