The luxurious 5-star "Century Star" began her maiden voyage on September 12, 2003. It has proved to be one of the most popular ships on the Yangtze River.
The ship is equipped with radar, sonar, and GPS systems, which assures the safest navigation and cruise comfort.
With its grand two-story lobby to the beautiful ballroom, elegant restaurant, and top furnishing, the ship boasts the same comforts and amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Onboard your meals will include a choice of Chinese or Western entrees. You'll enjoy local cuisine in traditional family style, but delicately grilled salmon and tender steak are also on the menu.
The ship features spacious, all outside cabins; each with a private balcony, phone, color television, mini-bar, and Western standard bathrooms. The two beds in a standard cabin can be combined to make a king-size bed. Presidential Suites and Deluxe Standard Cabins have a bathtub, hairdryer, and telephone in the bathroom.Rooms are not internet equipped and the ship has internet cafes which can be used for a fee(RMB30/hour).
