Day 2 A study of traditional Tai Chi Chuan. A lecture on traditional Chinese acupuncture and medical theories. Shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City. Cruise welcome party. Costume shows and films.
Day 3 Practising traditional Tai Chi Chuan. Sailing through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. Taking small boats to Shennong stream. Sailing through Xiling Gorge. Viewing the Three Gorges Dam at a distance. Farewell Buffet. Farewell buffet. Farewell party including great Sichuan Opera Face-changing shows.
Day 4 Practising traditional Tai Chi Chuan. Shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Site. Arrive at New Century Wharf in Yichang at 13:00.
