Jiuzhangya Cliff is located in the northwest of the North Changshan Island, 11 kilometers away from the Changdao County of Shandong province. It is famous for its height and steepness. Covering an area of 3,000 square meters, Qiuzhangya Park is a collection of mountains, islands, cliffs, beaches, caves, historical sites and peculiar geographic features all situated along the water. The main attractions include one tunnel (Pearl Tunnel), two bays (Pearl Bay and Ouchi Bay), three Cliffs (Shita Cliff, Longpan Cliff and Qiuzhangya Cliff), four sites (Sightseeing Site, Diaoyutai, Shuzhuangtai and Dianjiangtai), five caves (Sanyuandong, Lvzudong, Xiangudong, Xiajingdong and Xixiandong), six skerries (Xianglujiao, Pearl Skerry, Menkanjiao, Junjianjiao, Haigoujiao and Wolongjiao), as well as seven stones (Jiudieshi, Shuijingshi, Changshoushi, Guifushi, Qipanshi, Suixiangshi, and Santiaoshi).

How to get there:

A passenger ship leaves every 20 minutes from Penglai City to Changdao. The fare is 20 yuan per person. The Ro-Ro passenger ship needs about one hour to get Changdao and the Clipper needs 40 minutes. Afterward, take a local minibus to Qiuzhangya Cliff. It costs about 10 yuan.
