Yinchuan Hui Minority food has the flavors of the traditional central plains and Muslim. You can find some orthodox school Moslemic foodstuff, such as Shouzhua Mutton, Steamed lamb, etc. and some distinctive Hui Minority dishes like Boiled sheep innards and Mutton with Swollen Steamed Bread. Zhongshan Street is a typical savory snack street of Yinchuan with all kinds of Muslemic food, Hui Minority snacks and some folk style flavor dishes. Jiuzhou Hot Pot Restaurant boasts such special delicacies as venison, gem-faced civet,roe deer, dried chicken and mutton,all of which are supplied specially by Northeast Cultivation Base and then slain by imam according to food regulations of Hui nationality.
