Ningxia Lingzhou Laowan Shouzhua Restaurant, Yinchuan

Originating from imperial secret recipe for dining during the Tang Dynasty, Lingzhou Laowan Shouzhua (Mutton Eaten with Hands) came to be part of dining culture of Hui people which combines the flavor of court dining with profound techniques of folk food through Wang’s clan’s painstaking development by passing on from one generation to generation thus becoming delicious food of good quality and full of folk flavor.
