With over fifty kinds of refreshments in good quality such as snacks made from wheat or rice flour, dishes of fresh vegetables in wild, precious tea for nurturing and lamb head soup, the restaurant serves three kinds of Mutton Eaten with Hands , namely Taizi(prince)Shouzhua, Guifei(high-ranked imperial concubine )Shouzhua and Sangong (three palaces) Shouzhua.
