Shangqing Tofu, Yingtan

Made by selected high quality beans and the mineral water in the Dragon and Tiger Mountain, Shangqing Tofu is featured with delicacy, freshness, whiteness, smoothness and fragrance and doesn’t have any bean smell. What’s more, as the tofu is made by hand, there is no peculiar smell of machine made tofu. When Shangqing tofu is processed into dried bean curd, it smells fragrant and tastes fresh. It has strong tenacity and is not easy to break and tastes good either fried or cooked. Both Rong Fish Tofu and Tianbao Tofu cooked in the local hotels are famous tofu dishes with unique flavors.
