Orchid radish, Yueyang

 it is also called coir raincoat radish. The radish produced from Dongting Lake area has tender flesh and thin skin. After cutting it several times, it is still combined as a whole one. Brought up, it looks like blooming orchid, also a coir raincoat, so it gets its name. It remains the traditional fresh and spicy taste, also with delicate aftertaste.
