Treasure Of Yunan, Pangzhai Litchi

Xingxing Preserved Plum
In all the mountainous regions within the borders of Xinxing, there are greengage trees. The best quality greengage is produced in Gongcheng County. It is noted for its plump flesh, small stone and refreshing and crisp taste. It also contains extremely rich Vitamin C. The preserved plum made of this greengage has large grain and thick flesh with sweetness amid sour taste. Once put into the mouth, it has lasting strong fragrance and can stimulate the production of body fluid. Yunan Candied Date
There are many date trees within the borders of Yunan. Every year flowers bloom all over the field in spring and fruits are picked and collected in July of the next year. The fresh dates are processed with several ingredients giving prominence to sugar cane extract. With special craftwork, they are refined into Ducheng candied dates with unique local characteristics.
