Ganba Mushroom is a rare wild edible fungus. It’s peculiar to Yunnan . Its formal name is “Xiuqiu Mushroom”, “Duihua Mushroom” or” Maya Mushroom”. It grows in the mountain forest or the pine forest in the central Yunnan and the west of Yunnan. Although it’s black with a white surface, it’s extremely delicious. It’s an excellent breed among wild edible funguses. Ganba mushroom fried with green capsicum or egg is a fantastic dish.
