Kaiyuan Sweet Jiaotou use high-quality fresh Qiaotou as raw material. Wash and then dry Qiaotou. Mix Qiaotou with salt, hot pepper, brown sugar, wine and stir them. Put the mixture into a special pot. Churn it termly. Use earth to obturate the mouth of the pot finally. Preserve it for three months. It's golden. It's not too sour or too sweet.  The taste is delicious. It can be eaten as a course. It can also be used as a seasoner to make all kinds of delicacies. It has the functions of invigorating the spleen and stimulating the appetite.
