Little Steamed Vermicelli Roll is a noted snack in Yunnan . Kaiyuan is located in the south of Yunnan. It has been the pivot of the Dianyue Raiway. In order to make a living, a lot of Vietnamese walked north along the railway and got to China in the past. They brought some methods of making snacks into the south of Yunnan. Local people constantly innovated in techniques. On the base of the Vietnamese snacks, Little Steamed Vermicelli Roll of Kaiyuan gradually formed what it's today.
