 Chaoya is a unique vegetable in Jianshui in the south of Yunnan . Cut the end part of it for about four centimeters to remove its old root. Dip it in the clear water. Make chicken shred. In addition, add shredded chicken when Chaoyi is parboiled. When Chaoya is cooked to medium done, it’s the best time to pour it out from the pan and taste it.
