If you travel to Kunming, one of the most famous local foods you must taste are the “GuoQiao noodle”. “GuoQiao noodle” is well known in China and even in some foreign countries. Most of restaurants in other places use the name “GuoQiao” restaurant to attract customers, but actually there is only one real “GuoQiao” restaurant and whose Over the Bridge rice noodle are well-known all over Yunnan.
