Shuiquan County has a long history of producing cherry. This kind of fruit tree has a wide distribution in Zaozhuang and great in number. Famous breeds include China Red Cherry, Big Cherry, Ukraine Big Cherry, etc. The fruit has a crystal color and luster, rich succulence, sweet flesh, and lasting fragrance. Moreover, it contains high nutrition, such as protein, fat, amino acid, vitamin, and various minerals. The content of iron in cherry is over 20 times higher than that in apple and pear.
