Heping Forest Park

As one of the largest natural forest park in Zhangjiakou, Heping Forest Park covers an area of more than 2000 hectares. In the Forest Park, are rolling mountains covered in deep forest.  70% trees are Chan wood, besides; there are other 12 kinds of man-made trees, such as larch, spruce and so on. In the forest, the air is fresh; the wild flowers emit faint fragrance; the birds are singing; the fountain is flowing with tickling sound. If you are faced with the situation like this, it seems that you enter the fairyland.

About 65 kilometers from Zhangjiakou City and 10 kilometers from the country seat of Chongli County.

How to get there:

It is accessible by the regular bus which starts per half an hour from 7:00 to 17:00 in the Southwest Bus Station of Zhangjiaokou City.
