The Wensu Temple Fair, Zhangye

Every year, from the first day to the eighth day of the fourth month according on Chinese lunar calendar, the Wensu Temple Fair is  held by the local residents. At that time, followers from neighboring cities like Jiuquan and Yumen are gathered to take part in this temple fair. Besides offering sacrifice to the Buddha Bodhisattva, people can also take pleasure in the lively national minority culture show, or enjoy the delicious local delicacies and the prosperous country fair trade.
